Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Bracelet with Slider Beads on Deerskin

These “sliders” are beads that I make from reclaimed sterling silver. Working with silver or gold there are small pieces of metal that result from cutting, sawing, trimming, shaping & etc. I save these scraps and use them to make new pieces. I melt them down, refining them and pour them into little droplets. These droplets get pounded flat and rolled into beads, sometimes I fuse together wire for some of the designs. Some are textured, some are not. I like the organic appearance of these imperfect little beads.
